These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the myroot mobile application ("App") operated by myroot ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or use the App as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
4.1 Premium Features: myroot+ provides access to AI-powered clothing analysis, advanced outfit recommendations, and other premium features as described in the App.
4.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed through the Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including photos, item descriptions, and other wardrobe data ("User Content").
5.2 License Grant: By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services (e.g., generating outfit recommendations, performing AI analysis).
5.3 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use the content you provide.

AI-powered features (including clothing analysis and outfit recommendations) are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. AI results should be used as suggestions only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by myroot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, myroot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myroot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
